Her artwork and comics are always so relatable. I found myself showing my wife different pages and saying “this is so us!” . Fun and cute book 

Holy moly this book is sooo good! Who knew I needed a book about killer mermaids? Also I am never going in the ocean again. I will say I was not expecting as much science as this book offered but I found it very interesting. It took a bit to get used to the pacing of this book because it moves at a slower pace especially initially then you would think a scifi horror would. There were also scenes where it would be moving very quicklly and then slow down so the pacing took a bit to get used to but it mae a lot of sense. This book is literal perfection , it even made me care about the characters which I tend not to when I know there is a possibility that they can die. Overall this book was very well done, very enterttaining and is one that will stick with me for a long time

I just really was getting bored and not drawn to this book. Also I felt whatever about the characters and it was feeling like a book I wouldn’t like. 

Wendy xu has sone of the most beautiful illustrations. This story is also beautiful and I love the folklore, fantasy elements mixed with life lessons and just an overall fun read. The magic was well built and explained . Great graphic novel. 

Sally Hepworth does it again! She writes a propulsive thriller that tackles tough topics and handes them in a very caring way. Shje also sprinkes in twists and turns perfectly and I think that endings are written in such a way thayt you dont see them coming and they are tied up nicely. 

The Soulmate is a great look at the lengths you would go to for the love of your llfe. It keeps you turning the pages and guessing the whoe time. Her stories are so complex as they aren't the typical thriller but that is also a depth to them that I respect.

Overall I will continue to come back to Sally Hepworth for well written, propulsive thrillers.
