Such a fun book . I love the premise and the characters. I enjoyed the love story and also the sense of place. I love in Los Angeles and I feel it did a good job pulling it in as a character. It is very well written and the a great needing

Wtf did I just read? I am saying that in the best possible way. This book is soooooooo very weird and while I know a lot of others seemed to really not enjoy this book , I LOVED the weirdness and fucked up natirr of this book. It does come with a ton of trigger warnings so make sure to check those.

I think what I enjoyed the most of this book is how it kept me turnong  the pages even though I felt sooo wrong reading it. It also made me very invested with some really messed up characters. I will continue to read more of Eric LaRocca’s writing .

The other stories in this collection were great as well but for me, that first story is going to stick with me for a very long time .

I just couldn’t get into it and it was too angsty for me. Plus I just don’t want to ease about teenagers lusting after each other.
