Really funny and sweet story about Mia and her dealing with an admirer and her mom's pregnancy.
This was a great read. I really enjoyed the translated version of the book. Normally, I dislike translated books but this was very well written.
Not bad, a bit of sexy time, some weird philosophical, abstract chapters that I didn't enjoy. I didn't enjoy reading about her many sexual partners because casual sex, while it maybe some people's cus of tea, isn't mine, so that was off-putting. Only read it because I had to for school.
Complete shit. The author name dropped God, Jesus, Christianity or the word 'pray' is almost every other sentence. The plot was abysmal, the character development non-existent and the main character had a freaky guy fetish. Ugh, worst 40 minutes of my life.
I respect Alice Oseman for publishing at such a young age, and the story was great. But Tori mentions her hate of everything much too often, as well as her hate of everything 'cliché' gets annoying after a while.
it was a very sweet book and a quick read (I read it during an hour long train ride) a great contemporary that I would suggest to anyone, whether they have a craving for contemporary and Ya or if they are in the mourning period. totally takes your mind off of everything else but the book and storyline itself.
