The love in this book is incredible. There is hardly any romantic love yet but the love Tohru has for all the Sohma family is so heartwarming. The love Yuki and Kyo have for her makes me so soft. I just love all these characters so much. They are all so unique and well fleshed out. I know them all so well. And I love them.

The letter Wesley wrote Bianca??? I'm crying. Like, what??? That's the most romantic thing I've ever read. Shut up. I love it.

This was a hard book to rate and review. I've been off and on reading this for almost two years. It's not that I didn't like it, I just always found something better to read. This was such a complicated book. I have complicated feelings about it. Toru was duller than a butter knife. And I hated how the only thing he seemed to like about Naoko was her body. I don't believe that he loved her. He lusted her. Big difference. It felt very objectifying whenever he talked about Naoko. The way mental health is talked about is...interesting. I'm not sure Murakami gets it. And I don't think he understands women either. Stick to writing about your dull, little men, sir and leave women out of it.

I am in love with the Eaton family, there I said it. I'm in love with all the Eaton men. I'm in love with the Hamilton women and Willa Grant as well. I know for a fact I'm gonna love Jasper and Sloane just as much, too. Wow. What a ride. Officially obsessed.
