CLo duo does it again!! I loved this book from the first chapter. I am so excited to see Fizzy getting her love story. I love how unfiltered Fizzy is and I could feel her charisma off the pages. The heat and banter between Connor and Fizzy was just so good. I love how involved Connor was in Stevie's life and how realistic being a single parent was represented in the book. It was great to see River and Jess play a big part in this story.

I have mixed feelings about Gloria and Aldo's story. What I loved was the friendship they developed. I love how Aldo wanted Gloria to be independent after being in a relationship for so many years. I love how good Gloria was with Aldo with his healing process as well. What I didn't like was how no one helped Gloria from her abusive relationship if everyone knew about it. It seems everyone watched on the sidelines and didn't offer Gloria help for the last 10 years.

This was one angsty read about Juliet who meets Luke though her boyfriend and develops a friendship due to their heartbreaking up bringing. We see them as adults 10 years later, brought back together for a fundraiser and their connection is as strong as ever. The dual timeline gave us a great backstory but I always struggle with cheating storylines. This was a messy relationship but at the end, I love how they helped each other heal.

Thank you @libro.fm for a copy of this audiobook with a marriage of convenience between Gemma and Tansy. I love seeing their relationship went from strangers, friends then to lovers. Gemma's family was sort of all kinds of outrageous and sort of got a little over the top towards the end of the book. The narrator did a fantastic job with the various voices and brought the characters to life. Overall, a fun read.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this audiobook. I am not a gamer and I loved this book. I love seeing the friendship between Sadie and Sam as children and then as adult. I also loved Max and how he was part of the business and his relationship with Sadie and Sam. I love the timeline with bringing up video games of the past which I grew up with too.

Thank you @libro.fm for a copy of this book. This book is about Lowell's parents passed and newly engaged Lowell and Austyn goes to their estate for services. We meet Lowell's siblings and Austyn starts to see another side of Lowell. There's a lot going on and at parts, I was a little lost. This was a quick entertaining read.

Thank you @libro.fm for a copy of the audiobook and @netgalley for a copy of the book.
Wow this book starts off intense and it never lets up. This one is about the passengers that are enroute to California from Hawaii and the plane crashes into the ocean. The story focuses on the passengers that decided to stay on board instead of going into the ocean. There were so many intense moments not only with the people on the plane but also the people trying to rescue them. I binged and listened to this in 1 sitting.

Thank you @readforeverpub @netgalley for a copy of this book. HH is the queen of rom com. I love that this was hockey adjacent romance and it always deals with heavier topics like dealing with grief and aging parents. The meet cute between Miles and Kitty is one of the best I've read and I love how their relationship developed. The banter between the two are so fun and I love that the couple did not have drama. If you are looking for a literal LOL book, this is it.

Thank you @macmillan.audio @netgalley for a copy of this audiobook. I thought this book did such a great job depicting life of a new mother and dealing postpartum as well. As a new mom in a new home, Natalie is at a loss what to do while her husband is at work and she is struggling not only with motherhood but her career as well. When Paul offers help, I can see why Natalie took it. I remember those days with a new born and how exhausting it was me and my hubby. The story is very slow and it's a lot with Natalie's struggles. The twist of the story for me was predictable and I enjoyed this overall.

Thank you @macmillan.audio @netgalley for a copy of this audiobook. This was a YA romance about Brooke who goes away for college and meets her housemates and discovers one of her mates is an old best friend, Jesse. The story is told in dual timeline to see Brooke and Jesse's relationship as teenagers and what went wrong. I enjoyed the current time line as Brooke is just coming into her own and learning to become an adult while figuring out how to live with Jesse.
