This was a fun cozy mystery set to the backdrop of Italy. Eleanor is a success writer who is on a book tour in Italy with cast of people that includes her sister/manager, Connor, who her book is based on and bunch of influencers. While in tour, her entourage of people starts dying and she is trying to figure out what is going on. There's a lot of humor and the tour of Italy makes me ready for vacation. Elizabeth Evans did a great job with the narration and kept me interested and wanting to know who the killer is.

I have been wanting to read something from this author and was gifted a book and devoured this. The book is about Sidney, a journalist, who researches and help convicted murders that claims their innocence. Her recent case involves Grace who was convicted of killing her BF in St. Lucia. I enjoyed seeing Sidney's process as she uncovers the truth and interviews people on the island as well as Grace's family and friends. I didn't see the twist coming and it was worth the wait.

I can always depend on this duo to deliver a great rom com. Set on a beautiful beach resort, Anna agrees to be Liam's wife for his sister's wedding. They were married few years earlier for saving money on student housing but never really knew each other. I loved the banter between the two and the tension of the attraction but trying to make it real. I loved that Anna stayed true to herself the whole story and Liam had a great growth journey. There is a lot of conflict in Liam's family and it felt like a bit of a distraction to the their love story. This will be a perfect beach read for the summer.

This was a fun debut with faking dating and forced proximity tropes. I enjoyed the disastrous meet cute between Vincent and Amerie and their agreement to help each other out. I appreciate the slow burn since they were strangers. I liked seeing them getting to know each other and Amerie getting her business off the ground. Angel Pean did a good job with narrating, I do wish this was a dual POV to see Vincent's POV.

Thank you @prhaudio @berkleryromance for a copy of this book. I love the premise of this story with Daphne left by her ex- finace with no place to live and ends up with Miles who was dumped by his ex to be with Daphne's ex. They form an unlikely friendship and starts hanging out and fake dating. The banter between Miles and Daphne is great. I LOVED Miles once he started opening up. There was a lot of funny moments and tender moments as well. Daphne had a lot of growing up and I enjoyed seeing her relationship not only with Miles but her work friends as well. Julia Whalen as always, did a phenomenal job with the narration and brining out all the emotions.

The premise of this book was a lot fun. Lauren's home is literally dropping husbands from her attic. The story is fun and entertaining. I do wish there were less husbands since you don't really get to know any of them really well. I thought it was funny how Lauren tried to get her current husband to go back to the attic once she was done with them. Miranda Raison did a great job with the narration.

I have found my new favorite from Mary Kubrica. Meghan is juggling being a single mom to a teenage daughter and a full time ICU nurse. There's the story regarding the mystery of the lady that is in ICU that jumped from a bridge and also the story of Meghan helping a long lost friend Natalie. I loved how the story was revealed and I did not expect any of the twists. The first half of the book started a little slow but once it all started coming together, I could not put it down. Andi Arndt did a great job with the narration and keeping on the edge of my seat.

This was an interesting premise with a happily married couple that decides to take a sabbatical from their marriage and each going on their own adventure with limited communication and rules that allows them to have relationships with other people.
Jason goes to South America on a long motorcycle trip while Nicole goes to New Mexico to pursue her dreams of jewelry making. Their kids are both on another country for study abroad. I enjoyed the emails that were exchanged between Nicole and Jason and their self discovery/ mid life journey was good to see. I am not sure I agree with the sex with others since it totally defeats the purpose of marriage vows. The story was enjoyable and I did like how they learned to love each other more.

Zoey takes a trip to Florida to find out who is her father. She meets her mom's former best friend and ex-boyfriend and as she investigates, old secrets are turned up about a 20 year old accident. The story is told in multiple POV with the past time line revealed with detective Logan's interviews with the kids on the night of the accident.
All the characters are unlikeable and used each other. The characters all didn't really grow up from there when they were teenagers so this felt very YA to me. The story had some twists and Vince and Pepper were just horrible characters.
The epilogue really knocked it down forever because of Chris and Scarlett getting together. The whole story, they got together once in high school and Chris mentions she is too good for Vince and that's it. He dumped his fiance pretty quick to be with Scarlet and it was just one sentence.

I am ready for an Italian vacation after reading this second chance romance. Emerson is a famous model and Theo is a photographer who were BFF and each other's first love in high school. They made a pact in high school and Emerson creates an opportunity for them to reconnect for the pact. The story is told with dual POV and timeline. I enjoyed both timeline and how sweet Theo was as a teenager. I appreciate that their friendship took time to develop again. This one was a slow burn and the pay off was so good.
Brittany Pressley and Sean Patrick Hopkins both did a great job with the narration. This was a great debut novel and I look forward to more books from the author.
