Thank you @berkleypub @prhaudio @getredpr for a copy of the book.

I have enjoyed this series and was excited to be back with the gang. This one was my least favorite of the 5.

I enjoyed the setting of the story with the big corn festival and how Adeena was considered a murder suspect and how Lila and her aunties tried to get to the bottom of it.

The suspects were just too obvious to be not the killer and I guessed the killer which is pretty rare for me. I did enjoy seeing the dynamics with Adeena, Elena and Lila as they navigate the fine line with relationships.

I always enjoy seeing the aunties and wanted them to have a bigger role in the story. I felt they were background in this story.

I don't know why but I was a bit annoyed at how many times we were told how hot Jae was. It felt like we were told every chapter.

Danice Cabanela did a good job as Lila and bringing all the fun characters to life.

Thank you @randomhouse @prhaudio for a copy of this book.

I really enjoy this McGee's American Royals series so I was excited for a new series. This one is set in the 1900s with 3 women who is trying to win the love of the Prince. I enjoyed that the 3 women's story was unique and how what they want in the heart may not be what their parents want.

The story sort of lost me in the middle and dragged a bit. I liked that mix of actual historical figures with her imagination.

Imogen Wilde did a good job with the narration.

I loved the first book and was so excited to continue with the series. This book picks up right where The Inheritance ended so I do recommend that you read that first.

This book felt a bit repetitive for me and the story didn't have the suspense as it did in the first book. I did enjoy seeing the flash backs of the previous brides and getting their back story.

Brittany Pressley, as always, did a great job with the narration.

I am looking forward to the last book to see how this ends.

Thank you @prhaudio @putnambooks for a copy of this book.

This story just hits all the right buttons to make it a fantastic read. It's about Anna, a divorced mom, that is on her journey to date again for a work assignment. The catch is that her kids pick the dates.

What I loved about this book was Anna's journey and her commitment to her children. I love that Cousens wrote a realistic single mom with ups and downs. There's so much humor and heart in the story. Add in the tension between Anna and her office rival, it was perfect!

Kerry Gilbert did a fantastic job with the narration and bringing all the characters to life.

This book had such an interesting premise with Ruth who is still haunted by the death of her friend and is obsessed with true crime and goes on a worldwide expedition to find out what happened. The interesting part was that she can talk to these ghost to help solve the case.

The story is a slow burn and I was truly not vested. It felt disjointed and the ending left me a bit confused.

Stephanie Cannon did a good job with the narration but the story did not keep me interested.

I have enjoyed the Pine Hollow series with all of the involving mischievous pets. If you love baking, then this one is for you.

This wasn't my favorite of but it was cute and a quick read. I felt there rift between Magda and Mac was really created by Magda and she was very immature to hold on to the grudge for 14 years. I enjoyed seeing Mac being so caring to Magda during the baking competition.

I felt the side characters (the other bakers) were a bit one dimensional and didn't add much to the story other then being needed as contestants. I did enjoy seeing the return of the other characters from the series and wished they had a bigger role in the story.

Pine Hollow is such a fun small town and I enjoyed going back to there with this book.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this audiobook.

Wow for a short audiobook, this book packs a punch! The story has total The Last Mrs. parish vibes with the suburbia setting and well to do couple that is in marital trouble.

Lots of twists and turns and you really don't know who to believe. The story is told with a full cast of narrators and special sounds to bring the story to life.

If you are looking for a fun rom com with cute raccoon and a side of mystery, look no further.

This was the perfect escape with all my feelings. Ryan and Cassie are total opposite attract and have a bit of history in high school. They reconnect when Cassie returns back in town to help run her sister's adult toy business and there is a call to the fire department for help.

The banter between the two are great. George Clooney, the raccoon totally stole the show for me. Happy Cat is a fun, quirky town with interesting residents. This book hits all the notes for a fun read.

Jacob Morgan and Virginia Rose were a hoot as narrators. I loved the epilogue from George's POV.

The Worst Wedding Date

DID NOT FINISH: 17%

DNF at chapter 4. It has been so repetitive...I get it Theo is happy go lucky and Laney is miss prim and proper and is assigned to keep Theo in line for her BFF's wedding. We don't need this repeated back to me 1000x in 4 chapters.

I  have been wanting to read a book by Jennifer Armentrout and didn't realize she didn't just write fantasy until I was sent this book by the publisher.

This was a friends to lovers with forced proximity in a snow storm. I wanted to see more growth in the characters as there was a lot of lack of communication which isn't my favorite.
