Thank you @avonbooks for a copy of this book.
This was a cute office and forced proximity romance. I really enjoyed Matt's character who was portrayed as a player. He was sweet and had an adorable family. Candace was a bit standoffish and I had a hard time with her rub with her family.
I enjoyed the Asian representation and the complexity of an office romance in the story.

Thank you @prhaudio @berkleyromnce for a copy of this book. This was such an unexpected romance. The Dead Romantics centers on Florence, a ghost romance writer, who does not believe in romance and her family is in the mortuary business. What I enjoyed about this book with seeing Florence's growth with her confidence and how she deals with the death of her father.
I enjoyed her interactions between Ben and enjoy how it turned out

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of the audio book. This was such a fun rom com. I love how Nora's kids were so involved in this romance. Leo was funny and how he just incorporated into Nora and the kid's lives. The big conflict was a miscommunication which I am not a fan and was so easily avoided. Overall, a feel good romance.

I love the meet cute between Max and Georgia. Max is the ultimate book boyfriend and their summer staycation was amazing.
My main issue with the story is Georgia's "open relationship" with her fiancé. This was forced upon her by her fiancé as he moves to England to teach for a year. With reading more about Georgia, her personality does not kind like one that would be okay with such a relationship. She is super analytical and sounds very unlikely that she would go into a fling with Max despite their attraction.

Another great twisty thriller from Jennifer Hillier! This book is told in multiple POV and timelines so you do have to pay attention. I love how the story unfolded about Paris' life while she is charged for the murder of her husband who is 30 years older wealthy comedian.
I enjoyed the relationship between Drew and Paris and wished there was more insight into the past which isn't shared much into the book.
I enjoyed the narration and kept me interested.
Thank you to the publisher and @netgalley for ALC of this.

Thank you to @gallerybooks @netgalley for a copy of Dream On. I loved Shipped and was excited to read Dream On. The premise was interesting with literally meeting the man of your dreams.
I love seeing Cass's journey into herself after her accident. There was a lot of fun elements to the book that I enjoyed. I am not a big fan of love triangle and thought this was done well.

I loved continuing seeing the journey between Harlow and Acyn. This book focuses on their wedding and some of the obstacles and opinions that was impacting their wedding. I loved that they stuck to their grounds and did what felt right for them.
The bachelor and bachelorette parties were lots of fun and lots of steamy parts in this book. I hope this series continues with Marisa and Asher's story next.

Thank you to the publisher for a copy of Upgrade. Crouch is the king of intense page turner sci-if!! It caught my attention from the first page to the last. I enjoyed seeing Logan's transformation with his DNA upgrades. I wanted more back story with his relationship with sister.

This book picks up right where K Pop Confidential leaves odd. Though it could be read as a standalone, I recommend reading the first book to get a better understanding to Candace as well as the other characters.
I liked how this book dealt with mental health and being true to yourself. The narrator did an amazing portraying a teenager and I love all the fun songs and felt the energy of being in a band.

This thriller grabbed my attention from the first chapter till the end. So action packed and Heather was such a bad ass! There was some gory parts to the story that grossed me out. The kids were so resilient and so good at survival too. I was surprised by the twist and didn't see it coming. I enjoyed the narration of the story.
