Thank you @netgalley for a copy of The Last Party. I have not read too many books set in Wales and it was interesting to read the local language. I enjoyed the premise of the book with a murder in a newly developed community and so many secrets. I liked how the story unfolded in currently time line with the investigation and past leading up to Rhy's death. Everyone was a suspect and I enjoyed how it unfolded. The book was slow at parts but it didn't impact my enjoyment. I look forward to the next book in this series.

Thank you  @netgalley @prhaudio for copy of this book. This book is part of the Donut Fall In Love series and can be read as a standalone. I really enjoyed Mel and Vivian's story and their backstory from the first book. I enjoyed the forced friendship as they are in Ryan and Lindsey's wedding. Mel's grandma stole the show - I love how funny she was. The narration was spot on with grandma's voice.

Thank you @prhaudio for a copy of this book. This dystopian is a heartbreaking story about a boy, Bird, missing his mom and finding out what happens to her. This was book paints a picture of how out country looks as if becomes more divided and dysfunctional. The story is so timely with heavy topics such as Asian hate crimes and separation of children from their parents. Despite these topics, there's hope in the story.

Lucy Liu did a great job narrating the story.

This book wrecked me and then slowly put me back together. This was such an amazing ending to the trilogy about Beartown. I was vested from Beartown and drawn to all the people and how an event happened 2 years ago still impacts so many people. Backman is an amazing story teller and I highly recommend this series if you haven't read it.

Looking for a fun holiday theme YA read? The Christmas Clash is it! Things that j enjoyed about the book:
- Enemies to friends to young life
- Life for a child with parents that own a restaurant/small business

This book brought back a lot of memories when I worked at the mall in high school. Suzanne did a great job of showing the life of an immigrant and the differences in generation.

Thank you to the publisher for a copy of the book.

This was a quick novella with one of my favorite narrator, Teddy Hamilton. I enjoyed the dual POV and how hot Logan and Jackie's connection was. I am not a big fan of miscommunication and Insta love but still enjoyed the story. Thank you @letstalkbookspromo for a copy of the audiobook.

This was a fun YA romance. This was a story about reconnecting old friends turned romance story. The story is sweet and I enjoyed seeing Hannah's growth as she learns more about Jacob and how much his life changed. I enjoyed Jacob's bucket list and visiting all the great spots in San Diego that I love to visit too.

This picks ups right where the 2nd book ends with Lo coming home and Lily must learn to live with Lo and learn to deal with her addiction. There was so much growth with Lo and I love how supportive he is of Lily. There's a lot of drama of course and I totally binged reading this book.

Thank you @readforeverpub @hachetteaudio for a copy of the book. This was my first book by Emily March and I enjoyed this family drama with a side of romance. I really enjoyed all the different stories in this book. From Genevieve and Helen's adventures to Jake and Tess relationship and the drama of the siblings. The narration was great and I look forward to the next book in the series.

Catherine Cowles has become one of my favorite author with this series. I love Laiken and Boden together and mix of suspense in this story. Both Laiken and Boden have experienced so much pain and I enjoyed seeing their growth. Their connection was intense and made this book so good!
