4.5 ⭐ These was so cute heartfelt, I even a teared up a bit. The emotions of this story so extreme you couldn't help but be pulled in.

Awe sooo good, giving a voice to black people of all walks of life and what they imagine for their life or lives around them. It’s like you just want to breath the words in and exhale them. It’s almost like a hug from your grandmother you feel the love, and pride in our blackness.

3.75 ⭐ I have such a love frustration for this book. I thought it was cute, but boy did it frustrated me. I am sure that was this adult mind thinking more from the parent POV than the child. The adventure was great, I loved the side store from about the friendship, and Zoe's determination.

Really like a 3.75. Actually the ending really dropped the rating for me.
