Cute but wayy too long. It was almost like it was 2 whole stores in the book. I forgot all about the army boyfriend by the end. Lol I do t know how I felt about Sloan situation it's almost like they could have left it out and made the book shorter. I know it is a set up for the next book. Also, I did the audiobook and hated the females voice. She talk like she talk through her teeth and she sing song the words. It really irritated me to the point I looked up other books she narrators just so I know to avoid them.

This book is 75% sex and the rest a jumbled mess. I am sorry I did not like this at all. 2* just because I finished it. The sex scenes didn't even fit. One minute they just friends and in the next sentence they getting together. There was no build up to anything. Even the description of people and things was lazy to me. Like when describing the characters you get light skinned, built body looks like whatever celebrity. I guess to sum it up the writing was lazy. There way of showing love was sex. One part that really tuned me off was the hospital scene. You in the freaking hospital why in the world would you, anyway.

So this book was way too long for the content. There a re 2 things that would have made this book more enjoyable.
1. Assumption - not listening to the audible book. Huh. I need Terry to stop narratiring her books. Her voice is so monotone I had to speed the book up to 2.0, and it was still too long.
2. oh that is the second thing that would have made book better if it wasn't so long. Especially at times I felt like the timeline jumped around. There were parts I was like wait wasn't she just pregnant now the baby is some months old. Overall the book was decent.
