Picked up this book as it had a lot of my fave tropes in, which made it an enjoyable read

I liked both of the characters and the general plot line, even if there was a typical romance book frustration of 'i don't get why they aren't actually together/putting things off', however the writing style wasn't fully my cup of tea which is why it's not a 4⭐ for me

The ending was very cute and I did really enjoy it

This is part of a series, I haven't read the previous books and I didn't feel like I was really missing anything from not having done so
