## Tropes
- ballerina
- director
- workplace romance
- he falls first
- age gap
## 📖 My Thoughts
I knew this book was going to be dark and smutty. I was ready for it. The why it is dark is something I have not read before. These authors used an unusual theme. A man obsessed with a prima ballerina who has fallen out of favor. We learn how we got there. It starts a little stalky, but we see there's a reason. At times, I was frustrated not knowing ballet terms, but it didn't distract too much from the story.
## ⚠️ Triggers
Consent issues
Homelessness
Food access
Pedophile
Death of parent
Injury description
Kidnapping
## 🌶️ Spice
While the spice is rather hot, there were a few issues with consent. They don't bother me as this is fiction, but I know some people have issues with it.
