Paper Girls, Vol. 1
by Brian K. Vaughan
Yes hello I still dislike reviewing graphic novels sooooooooo in summary:
- Great artwork!
- Fun story, I was interested through the entire thing.
- Interesting concepts and characters.
- Lots of good themes, (ie: exploring the differences between teenagers and ‘old timers’, the effects that technology will/does have on society, feminism)
- A solid ending that left me wanting more but also okay with the wait.
Paper Girls is fun and I think it has a little something for everyone. Would definitely read again and would definitely recommend to basically anyone. While it might not be a five star read for everyone, I think it is definitely enjoyable for all.
