Knitted and Knifed
by Tracey Drew
The world of cozy mysteries is a bit crowded and it’s not easy to find a fresh and entertaining debut like this one.
It’s the first story I read set in New Zealand and I thoroughly enjoyed as it’s engrossing, highly entertaining and well written.
I loved Tessa, a grown up and clever woman, and I appreciated how she interacts with the other characters and her family.
The characters are quirky, well rounded and I liked them.
The mystery is solid, full of twists and turns, and it kept me guessing and turning pages.
I had a lot of fun in reading this story and hope it’s the first in a long series as it’s full of potential and interesting characters.
