This book will undoubtedly be referred to for decades to come as a reflection of the treatment of women in our societies.

Despite being fiction, the events that take place in Atwood’s patriarchal novel have stark similarities to events in our world such as worrying abortion bans in America.

This is one my all time favourites and I have no doubt I’ll be reading this again and again.
