I like how this cook book was done. The break downs make sense, and the base recipes to start off with are great. This is not and easy book, but more for those who have some knowledge of the kitchen and how the tools work. My one problem: my galley was in black and white, and I hope the real print edition is is color at least the pictures of the food.
