It's currently 12:19 a.m and I JUST finished reading Last Breath. My thoughts? UTTERLY CAPTIVATING AND MYSTERIOUS. There is something about Rachel Caine and her amazing writing that I can never figure out what exactly she has up her sleeve. I can guess, but I usually guess two paragraphs before I find out the truth. There were so many things that happened in this book that I don't even know where to start. Just know that it kept me hooked from the very beginning to the end.

Love had to be the strongest concept in this book, and I absolutely adored how it brought people together. There was also strength, courage, and the will to survive NO MATTER WHAT.

These are definitely one of my favorite vampire books of all time :)

P.S. I totally and absolutely loved the ending as it left an opening for another book and Shane.....sigh (: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! ♥
