A CIA case officer CIA sees a UFO and reports it, ruining his career. Years later after a certain 60 Minutes episode on military revelations about UFOs, he's put on a committee to review CIA/UFO reports. This ends up being less about UFOs than why his report went the way it did way back. It's ok.
