I think this book slayed. It was very good and I feel like the characters were very mature and had healthy communication which is honestly rare in romance books. There was no third act breakup or miscommunication trope which automatically gives it four stars in my book, but the fifth star was given because the plot was genuinely interesting and I loved all the character. I will definitely read the next books in the series if I remember they exist when they are released.
