this was haunting, going deep under your skin. And all too realistic. The atmosphere is oppressing, all-encompassing and Onyebuchi manages to paint the image of this world in a perfect, complete vision. 
The only thing that bothered me were the constant jumps in time and in the POV, making me having to readjust quite suddenly and unexpectedly.
