Pack of Lies
by Staci Weber, Sara Dailey
Allison, a teenage girl, has just found out that she isn't just a girl. She's actually half werewolf. Not only that, but in order to help her adjust to the change, her family is moving back to the land owned by her mother's pack. Everything is supposed to be better once they get there, but it never works out the way people hope.
When the alpha's son, Cade, and Allison realize they are true mates - much to the dismay of Cade's betrothed, Kendall, no one really knows what to do. But when Kendall teams up with a rogue werewolf to eliminate Allison, the race is on to try and save her before Cade wastes away.
What I enjoyed most in this book was the pack. It was great to see them organized and with a set hierarchy that worked. Many of the conflicts revolved around trying to work within the pack rules, or trying to get away with breaking them. Cade and Allison's relationship was a perfect example, and their story was very sweet.
