I didn’t expect to enjoy a book primarily based around finance so much. Even though some passages were impenetrable to me, overall Trust was a mesmerising read. I’ve not read any Diaz before but his prose is beautiful, and the narratives within narratives with narratives here were crafted to perfection. Lots to think about the ways people will distort reality to ensure the best version of themselves is being projected. 

Thanks to the publisher for sending a free ARC of this! I didn’t request it and probably wouldn’t have picked it up on my own, so a very happy coincidence!
