jarshi 's review for:
The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue
by Mackenzi Lee
Monty is chaotic in all the right ways and I will take no slander against him. Even though he walked in more privilege than Felicity and Percy, his backstory with his father really put things into perspective for me and made me not hate him.
Percy is so great and I really liked that the author incorporated him as a black, disabled man in a way that didn't feel disrespectful and didn't overshadow his own character development.
The commentary about race, gender, and sexuality was well done in my opinion. No real complaints. Enjoyable read.
