A very sweet and endearing story of the things we do for love, and the hard decisions we have to make in the name of love. This book could have been 4.5 or 5 stars, but some of it was a little implausible and it has a few flaws, but is an overall engrossing story of life and live before and after WWII. I liked the Grand Central Terminal setting and Manhattanhenge elements.
