Unfortunately Yours by Tessa Bailey is the second book in the A Vine Mess series however it can be read as a standalone.
Natalie Vos is a Napa heiress down on her luck. She recently lost her job and her fiancé. She’s back home with her family trying to put her life back together. August Cates is a thorn in Natalie’s side, he’s everywhere and seems to always say the most cutting words. August can’t make a decent wine despite owning his own vineyard. He’s about to throw in the towel when Natalie makes an offer he can’t refuse. She needs her trust fund to get her new venture up and running, only problem, she needs to be married. August needs help with the vineyard and being connected to the Vos family will definitely help. They’ll quickly learn just how fine the line between love and hate really is.
Honestly and truly, Unfortunately Yours is one of the best marriage of convenience romances I’ve read. Tessa knocked this one out of the park!! I loved everything in this book! August was such a champion for Natalie, I was squealing! He is a big strong Navy SEAL that’s really a tender hearted teddy bear. Natalie is down but not broken, she is flawed and so real and so captivating. She has many complicated relationships in her life and you’ll find yourself cheering OUT LOUD for the support August gives Natalie. I’ll definitely be reading this again.

5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
