As a seasoned nurse in pediatrics, I found this story to be hilarious and quite realistic. Extremely different from McFadden’s psychothrillers, this book sheds light on what first year interns endure to make it to second year residents. I’m so glad I’m not a doctor. I’m looking forward to reading the sequel, I couldn’t believe the story was over already!
