This was a good book.
It's been a while since I've read a mystery of any kind, so this short read was a nice change from my recent reading. However, the writing style was quite emotionless in some parts and the dialogue wasn't natural. Hence the 4/5 stars.
The back of the book told me this was an "emotional thriller that explores our deepest, darkest fears." .... Well, that doesn't really explain the book much.
This story was very cleverly written, intriguing and interesting. It wasn't scary or even slightly graphic. As mentioned before, it didn't leave me feeling emotional.
But it was a very good book.
