there were a few questionable moments having to do with possible transphobia and things of that nature that didn’t sit quite right with me, but this was an overall good book! there were a couple of things that left me a little confused. i’m glad that, even though i plan on reading the next three books, it didn’t end on a cliffhanger, so it could be a stand alone novel.
