5 stars of fabulous. Cal and Jonathan’s story had me hooked from the very beginning with smooth and seamless plot formation, on point pacing, fantastic main and secondary characters, all wrapped in the wonderful story telling ability of Lucy Lennox. I am a trope junkie and this author served up a feast which includes age gap, billionaire, fake boyfriend, forced proximity and a holiday fling all set on a private ship in the Caribbean.
Cal and Jon are such likeable characters, easy to love and have lots of chemistry between them that sizzles along nicely until they decide to act upon
it. Then things start to heat up! Of course it’s not all smooth sailing (pun intended) but their whirlwind romance does become their forever HEA.
This is a fabulous, engaging read that I couldn’t put down and read in one sitting. I was laughing out loud at some of the banter then at other times desperately waiting to see what the outcome would be. I simply loved every minute of this book and highly recommend it.
