I was really looking forward to Kerr and Rose's story, and it did not disappoint.  I had a feeling Kerr would be my favorite of all the brothers, and he was perfect, but in a nuanced way.  He had moments that were out of character but they were acknowledged and addressed, adding dimension to the "dependable" brother.  And Rose also showed vulnerabilities, after having to act like the strong female lead for much of the beginning of the book.  I can't wait for the final installment but I think this one might have been one of my favorites.  I wouldn't quite call this enemies to lovers, because Kerr never feels that way, but there is similar tension on one side for sure.
