The One You're With
by Lauren K. Denton
“Love is a choice” - it was thought provoking and real, looking at a marriage that while built on love, wasn’t fully built on honesty and is hit with the repercussions of that. What do you do when faced with a betrayal from the person closest to you and you’re not sure what to believe?
The struggles that Mac and Edie and even Graham worked thru were genuine, difficult and honest and I liked that it wasn’t simple but was heartfelt and hopeful. It was a good look at the battle between betrayal and forgiveness and the decision of whether to be vulnerable and trust within marriage, especially when faced with all the what-ifs and possible easy ways out.
