Heroes in Crisis #5 by Tom King, Clay Mann
3.0

A pretty solid issue though I can start to see the frustration for some when it comes to plot progression.

This issue mainly focuses on Superman coming out to the world and letting people know about Sancutary. As he does that we get to see multiple characters and their adventures of heroism but how it might have effected them. At the same time we have a big twist that only Booster Gold figured out before Batman and Flash did. Last but not least we have Harley ready to finally murder and Batgirl for some reason helping?

Good: The art is still A-grade awesome. There's moments that work real well, like the Flash reveal and I quite enjoyed the Superman speech. I feel his burden and pain when he sees his friends and fellow heroes hurt.

Bad: The Harley stuff feels way far-fetched. I'm hoping this is somehow all in someones head or dream, because it feels out of character.

Overall, a good issue but not great. Heroes in Crisis isn't the spectacular series I had hope for but it's not bad by any means. A 3 out of 5.
