CW: Domestic Abuse/Violence

I really thought this cozy was well done in bringing in a protagonist very fresh on the heels of leaving a violently abusive marriage. This isn’t something I’ve read in cozy mysteries before. It’s a very important message and I’m glad the author shared it.
