This is an incredible read. Everyone, and I mean everyone, should read this book. Hinton, a once wrongfully convicted inmate on death row, recalls his time in prison and the people he encountered. Now, proven innocent, Hinton works as an advocate for the abolishment of the death penalty. No person, no matter how seemingly evil they are, should be punished with death and if you don’t believe that already, this book will convince you of it.
