The end of the series is finally here. I have loved reading this series and I will be reading more Elsie Silver books in the future. I also have to go back and read the Gold Rush Ranch series that follows Violet and her friends because I did not know there was a previous series. Anyways to Beau, my sweet boy who is broken from his time in the military. I loved his relationship with Bailey and they saved each other. Beau needed someone outside of his family and all the people in the town letting him get away with everything and Bailey called him out and it was perfect.

This book had so many tropes I loved. The first and most important was fake dating but add in an age gap makes this book great. Also if you like a virgin h that is included and a sassy FMC I love Bailey’s character around Beau but I felt for her around the people of Chestnut Spring and her family they all treat her like shit. I gave this book 4.5 ⭐️ and 2.5 🌶️ the scene in the bathtub wow I was not expecting to love that.

If you love cowboys, age gaps, found family, broken MMCs then this series is great for you. I know people that skipped over some books but they should be read in order to understand what is happening plus you get more out of the characters when it comes to their story.
