There are a lot of reasons I liked this book better than the first book in the series...
1) I thought there was a lot more character development and you got to know more about who the characters truly were.
2) The focus was more on the action then on the budding romance.
3) I love non-typical endings and this one had an ending I did not expect and it made me love the book even more.
There were some sad moments and some hell yeah moments. All around a solid ending to this duology.
