Honestly half of this book was unnecessary. I also just don’t like books that feel like they have to split the narrative like this; to me it just feels like a cheap way to build tension. There wasn’t really anything that happened in this book, it was just two people who were always going to end up together. I didn’t dislike it, it was just a bit boring for me.
