Tin Queen

This had the potential to be so much better than it was, but I thought it fell short. I was really excited about the premise of a former motorcycle club member falling for the daughter of a rival motorcycle club member, and the drama and angst that ensues. I just didn't think it really met my expectations and fell flat. In fact, I didn't feel much chemistry between Emmett and Nova, and it really bothered me that they were both (in some way) deceiving each other. Nothing about their relationship was honest at any point. I understand Nova was originally out to get Emmett for revenge, but it wasn't really giving enemies to lovers at all, because Emmett was totally unaware that she hated him. Plus, one person killed another person's family member and yet somehow they still ended up together and I just can't imagine wanting to be with someone who killed one of my family members. There just seemed to be so much history and drama to realistically believe that Nova and Emmett would actually fall in love and live happily ever after. I gave this more stars than it was worth solely because of being able to see all the other characters in the series and the conclusion of the series.
