I get the concept of this book and I can see how I could be helpful to the vast majority. I felt it was aimlessly repetitive and used too much jargon. It would have been helpful.to have a glossary for the countless terms used in the book that I could reference back to.

I do understand what the author is alluding too though and I will probably use some of the ideas in my life but some of us can't just leave painful and exhaustive situations just to find our BEING. We sadly are not in a world where everyone can just surrender when things aren't working out.
