If I had to decide, I’d say this book gives “chaotic neutral” vibes. But in a sweet, lighthearted, playful way?
  • ☀️Chaotic because you kind of have to adopt Sadie (FMC’s) newly acquired motto of “F*ck it” and suspend your disbelief. Just because *you* wouldn’t find yourself in these situations doesn’t mean they wouldn’t happen to Sadie haha
  • 🌙 Can’t be Evil 😈 because Everett (MMC)is too sweet 🍬 and not morally grey.
  • ✨ Can’t be Good 😇 because the spicy 🌶️ scenes disqualify the plot from that label.
Thus: Chaotic Neutral

I loved that I could pick up this book and read it as a one off without having to be completely emotionally traumatized. I also like that the other characters’ stories are there to be explored in future books!

Did this book change my life? No. Did I enjoy it? Yes. Should you read it? See below:
