Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig
5.0

This is a masterpiece!! A deep reflexion about anxiety and depression but also about life itself. No cheap psycho-pop list of thing to do to feel better, but rely writing that try to explain how those person feel (how the author himself feel, because it's a very personal book even if it can be transpose to a lot of person who feel this way). So it's a really good book to understand yourself or someone close to you and evolve with that disease that we can learn to surpass or learn to live with! And it work, you finish it, well I did, feeling better, feeling like you can saw some light and with tools to help you continue. In the end, we can all find at least one reason to stay alive!

The next lines will be more personal feel free to skip... or read...

I've been struggling with anxiety/depression for years, more or less all my life in fact, and being in a time where I feel better, by knowing myself more, respect myself and making better choice, having more tools to deal with that, I'm now in a time where everything around me breakdown and this book just came at a very good time for me. I really make you think, put things in perspective and help you deal with bad stuff. I highly recommend it. Probably the best book I read on this subject in my life!
