I found this book insufferable. So many words to say so little. There are genuine moments of beauty in between these pages but the overall concept just gets lost in so, so, so, so much prose. I enjoy flowery writing but this is too much for me. Not to mention that this book isn't really horror? I think this was not marketed properly.
