Prodigy by Marie Lu
3.0

A fast paced sequel to Legend. Lu remains focused on the action sequences as opposed to world building, and some of the details explaining why the former United States of America is divided were not as in depth as I would have liked. However, for a younger YA reader, this book is still fun. The constant jealousies and insecurities of the two main characters, Day and June, became grating. For two people who are supposed to be well-oiled fighting machines, they sure are wimpy when it comes to their feelings for each other.
