Arm of the Sphinx

I love all of the ideas slowly maturing like a wine, the supporting cast growing, and this world baring its teeth as we see more of it.
HOWEVER. Man... I cannot. stand. Senlin. I know we're not always supposed to agree with him, he's definitely a complicated figure, has his flaws. But constantly hearing his opinions of women and how they could look if they tried more, if they've let themselves go, etc, these women that comprise the core of Senlin's journey, is just so annoying. Simple as that for me, it just immediately pisses me off. An interaction, a scene, can be well done and intriguing for most of its duration, but either the first or final internal comment from him just stains my entire attention. He's the damn nerd emoji with glasses, his one finger raised
