Wow this book
Marie Lu is such an amazing author! Her characters and plots are done so brilliantly. I stayed up late to finish this and my mind was swimming with all the feels when I was finished.

This is such a dark, morally grey book. We're not sure who's really the 'good' guys and who is the 'bad' guys. All the characters have done some horrible things and yet some wonder things. Watching Adelina's descent into madness is scary and fascinating. We're not even sure what's going on but then BAM we get hit with it.

The love triangle was a bit much but I love Magiano. #TeamMagiano

Magiano is such a quirky character. He reminds me of the chester cat from Alice in Wonderland. I can't wait to hopefully explore him as character more.

Serigo was great as well but I just felt like he was there. I did like the tie in from TYE though. I feel like Serigo will probably be a love interest for Violetta. (?)

I love all the other characters as well. I also like how we have interchanging POVs so we can see what the other characters are thinking.
