“The Night Diary” is a masterful story of the 1947 partition of India & Pakistan. Told through the eyes of a 12 year old girl, we hear about the implications of political decisions and living though a divisive moment in history.
This book hit just right. Reminding me that we have been through tough times before and we can look to and learn from our collective history. Our “enemy” isn’t really an “enemy.” And we can all find the good in one another.
