I read this in a day. If that doesn't tell you how amazing it was, I don't know what will. It was very fast-paced and uplifting.

Lift is a type of character that isn't usually seen in books, she's immature, funny and quite rude. And I love it! A lot of people don't like Edgedancer because of Lift's childish nature, I think that this very nature is what gives this book substance. The Stormlight Archive is dark and is quite a serious book in general. Edgedancer is the perfect break from the sombre atmosphere in Roshar.

I DEFINITELY recommend reading it before Oathbringer.
