Honestly, I think I would have enjoyed this more had I actually remembered what happened in the first two books in the series. The entire first third of the book I was like what are they talking about and who the hell are some of these people because I remembered almost none of what happened in the second book…
That being said, if you’re going to read this book and haven’t read the first two in a while I highly recommend finding a detailed summary and reading that first.
Once it got more into the story for this book though it did get a lot better. I still didn’t remember some of the people who were main characters (probably because they weren’t overly exciting characters to begin with) but it was easier to follow once I kinda put together who was who.
This one was good but I really do hope she moves on to other storylines going forward because I’m a little over Bayview now
