I feel like opinions on this books are always on the extremes - people seem to either hate it or love it.

Clearly, as you could see from my rating, I'm one of those people who loved it. Sure, the characters weren't the most likeable, but this world and the plot just sucked me in.

Also, I'm really glad I read all the Narnia books recently, since this book references them so much.
